This agreement governs the business relationship between MONARE Stone Co. ®️ (hereinafter, "MONARE") and the user or customer (hereinafter, "the Customer").

2. PRICES, CURRENCY, AND AVAILABILITY
Prices and Taxes: All prices shown on our website are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT), in accordance with Mexican law.
Changes: MONARE reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to the purchase will be the one in effect at the time of order payment confirmation.
Availability: Due to the complex manufacturing processes of fine jewelry, stock availability or specific production times may vary. These will be indicated in each product description.
3. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS (JEWELRY AND LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS)
Authenticity: MONARE guarantees that all its pieces are crafted with the materials described (such as 14k gold) and that its lab-grown diamonds possess the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.
Visual Variations: The photographs on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the actual size of the pieces. Due to lighting conditions or individual screen settings, the gold tones and the brilliance of the metal or stone may exhibit slight physical variations, which are not considered manufacturing defects. 4. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
To avoid misunderstandings regarding delivery dates, the shipping process is governed by the following rules:
Items in Stock: If the item is in stock, the estimated time to process, package, and deliver the product to its final destination is 5 to 7 business days.
Custom-Made Items: If the item requires manufacturing from scratch, customization, or adjustment to a specific size requested by the customer, the estimated production time is 3 weeks (business days) before it is handed over to the shipping company for delivery.
Responsibility: MONARE provides the customer with a tracking number once the courier company picks up the package. MONARE is committed to providing assistance in managing and processing claims for any issues with the shipping company; however, it is not directly responsible for delays due to force majeure, logistical problems with the courier company, or extended delivery areas.
5. EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with the exceptions permitted by law for products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications:
Custom and Made-to-Measure Pieces: Exchanges, returns, and cancellations are not accepted for jewelry that has been custom-made, includes personalized engravings, or has been modified or adjusted to a specific size requested by the customer. All sales of these types of pieces are final. Standard pieces: For pieces that did not require customization or adjustments, the customer has 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
Conditions: The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels and certificates intact.
Costs: Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer. 6. WARRANTY POLICY
At MONARE, we ensure that we deliver pieces of the highest quality.
Validity: We offer a limited warranty of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the piece.
Coverage: The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects (such as clasp failures or problems with the metal casting).
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, drops, impacts, or accidents; loss of gemstones or diamonds due to impacts that alter the setting structure; natural wear of the metal or loss of shine due to contact with chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, creams, etc.); nor any other.
