Because your Monare pieces are high-end luxury goods, we treat their journey to your doorstep with the utmost care and security.

• Insured Delivery: Every single shipment is fully insured by Monare until it reaches its destination.

• Signature Required: For your protection, all deliveries require a physical, adult signature upon arrival. Courier services will not leave packages unattended at doors or drop-boxes.

• Processing Time: Since our collections are highly curated, please allow standard processing times for stock pieces and 3–4 weeks for custom-made orders.

Warranty & Final Discretion Clause

Monare stands firmly behind the artistry and structural integrity of our fine jewelry. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against verified manufacturing defects on all 14k gold settings and lab-grown stones.

Final Discretion Clause: Please note that Monare reserves the absolute and final right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect versus wear and tear or accidental damage. Before any repair, exchange, or potential refund is authorized, the piece must be shipped to our central workshop for a rigorous internal inspection by our master jewelers. Monare retains final discretion over all warranty claims, replacements, and returns.
