We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Custom Made-to-Order Pieces

Monare specializes in premium 14k gold and IGI-certified lab-grown diamond fine jewelry. Because many of our pieces—including custom sizes and specific settings—are individually crafted to order, production timelines typically require 3 to 4 weeks before shipping. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the physical item.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN) for our local market, unless explicitly adjusted by the user. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Refund & Warranty Policy

At Monare, we take immense pride in the exceptional craftsmanship, structural artistry, and quality of our 14k gold and lab-grown diamond fine jewelry. Because our pieces are highly intimate and often custom tailored to size, we enforce a strict return and exchange structure.

1. Custom and Made-to-Size Orders

All jewelry pieces designated as "Made to Order", "Made to Size", or any items that have undergone custom modification or personalization are considered Final Sale. These pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under standard circumstances, as they are uniquely crafted to your precise specifications.

2. Absolute Discretion & Technical Inspection

For any return, exchange, or warranty claim to be considered, the item must first be submitted to Monare for a rigorous internal technical inspection.

  • Monare retains absolute and sole discretion in determining the eligibility of any item for return, refund, or warranty coverage.

  • The technical evaluation will determine if a structural defect exists or if the piece shows signs of wear, accidental damage, misuse, or alteration by a third-party jeweler.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will only be issued if the piece passes our inspection and complies entirely with our quality control benchmarks.

3. Standard Return Eligibility

For non-custom, standard items (if applicable), you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an evaluation. To be eligible, the piece must be completely unworn, unaltered, in its original pristine condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates (including IGI grading reports), and proof of purchase.
