Refund policy

At MONARE, our commitment is to offer fine jewelry of the highest quality. Due to the artisanal nature of our production processes and the high value of the materials used, our return and refund policies are governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom and Made-to-Measure Pieces (Final Sale)

In accordance with legal exceptions for products manufactured to the consumer's specifications:

No exchanges or returns: No exchanges, returns, or cancellations of any kind are accepted for custom-made jewelry, jewelry with custom engravings, or jewelry that has been modified or adjusted to a specific size requested by the customer.

Final Sale: All sales of custom, modified, or made-to-measure pieces are considered final from the moment payment is confirmed and production begins.

2. Standard Items

For items that did not require custom manufacturing, modifications, or size adjustments, the Customer may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Timeframe: The Customer has a strict period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date confirmed by the courier company to notify us and request a return.

Product Condition: The item must be brand new, unused, and undamaged. It must retain its original packaging intact, as well as all corresponding labels, boxes, bags, and certificates of authenticity (such as IGI certifications). No returns will be processed if the item shows micro-scratches, signs of use, or alterations.

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs, duties, and logistics costs for returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return for an eligible item (Standard Stock), please follow the procedure below:

Submit your request (within 7 calendar days): You must send an email to monarestones@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to +52 81 2152 2212, including your order number, a description of the reason for the return, and detailed, high-resolution photographs of both the jewelry and its packaging.

Authorization and Shipping (Package Preparation): Once your request has been reviewed and pre-approved, MONARE will provide you with instructions for shipping your return. You must pack and secure the package to ensure the jewelry is protected during transit. MONARE is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during return shipping to our facilities.

Physical Inspection (Upon Arrival): Upon receiving the package at our facilities, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect the piece, its settings, stones, and certificates to verify that it meets the "new and unused" requirement.

Resolution (Final Verdict): Within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the item, the Customer will be notified by email or message whether the return has been approved or rejected. MONARE reserves the right to make the final assessment and has no legal or commercial obligation to issue a refund if the piece, its components, or documentation do not strictly meet our internal quality and assessment standards.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Discretionary Authority and Obligation: The issuance of any refund or store credit is at the sole and absolute discretion of MONARE. The brand has no automatic obligation to process refunds, and all final decisions rest exclusively with MONARE's quality control and management committee after a physical assessment of the item.

Approved Refunds: If the return is explicitly approved at MONARE's discretion, a refund will be processed for the value of the item (excluding original shipping and handling fees).

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued exclusively via the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).

Processing Times: Once MONARE issues the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends solely on the bank or payment platform and is typically between 5 and 15 business days.

5. Cancellations

In-Stock Items: Order cancellations are only permitted before the package is handed over to the courier.

Custom-Made Items: Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from payment confirmation, as the process of selecting, sizing, and crafting the stones begins immediately to meet delivery deadlines.
